Husdemar was founded in 2020, by two friends, Charles and David, with different backgrounds but a common vision of transforming existing houses in unique location and transforming them into beautiful homes with a focus on sustainability.

Charles: “What we do is finding houses that have been neglected, abandoned or fallen into disrepair and through an integral process of design, renovation and transformation, breathing new life back into the house turning it into a home for living today.¨

Husdemar, is especially focused on clean beautiful contemporary design combined with practicality and integrating sustainability into our transformations wherever possible. From renewable energy sources like solar panels, heat pumps to water collection for irrigation.
